PayPal error message

I have a CSA member that is trying to check out using PayPal and received the following error message: SetExpressCheckout API call failed. Detailed Error Message: Security header is not validShort Error Message: Security errorError Code: 10002Error Severity Code: Error

Can you all help me fix this?

    Hi Ben,

    It looks like you don't have the correct API keycodes implemented in your checkout settings. Here's a link that walks you thru how to grab the correct info from your PayPal account.

    Hi Shannon,

    Thanks for all your guidance on this. I followed all the steps and am
    confused on the last step (#11). I don't have a "department" listed for
    CSA payments. I'm sure I am missing something, but can you give me any
    suggestions?

    Hi Ben,

    I just checked your API settings in your Member Assembler / Configure / Checkout and saw you had some extra spacing in one of the fields. I deleted that and just walked thru your CSA signup..and was able to get to the PayPal screen at the end of my checkout. Looks like its working ok?
