Customer issue with limited store access

I have a customer who is having issues view the " " portion of our online store. She states:

I cannot purchase a la carte produce from the farm. Your website states:
"You are currently logged in, however there is an error with access to this store: You do not have required access for this store."
However I do have access to other farms and producers and can purchase add-ons from them.

    Looking at the "a la carte" department settings, it looks like the private access allows for various 2018 share types but does not have the "spring" shares selected. I have a feeling this might be the issue.

    Go to - Sell --> Manage --> Departments and edit the department. Under the "Private Access" area, click on the "show types" link and then you'll want to make sure all the share types that should currently have access to the store do have access. Be sure to save your settings.
