We have installed the FarmFan app as outlined in your instructions for WordPress, but upon testing, we find we are not able to get the FarmFan app to work in Firefox (pc or mac) or in Outlook (pc). I don't see a support page for the app besides the installation instructions.

BeaverdaleFarmersMarket.org

Any ideas?

    Hi Andrew and Kate,

I just need to look into this and see if there is something on your site that is messing with the pop up code. We've had to make some fixes for other sites, so I imagine that we'll be able to get this fixed for you.

However, I am trying to go to your site:
    BeaverdaleFarmersMarket.org

And I am getting an error and can't see the site at all. So not sure what is going on there?

    Is that a known problem?

    See the screenshot attached.

Ok, that must have been a temporary error. I can now see your site. I will dig in there and see what I can find.

Ok, I was able to reproduce the error and see that it is not working in Firefox. I have passed this on the developer and he will be able to fix it.

For now, there is nothing to do on your end. You can leave the code where it is.

Thanks! I will update this support conversation when it has been fixed.

I do see that it is working in Chrome and Internet Explorer on the PC, so people on those browsers will be seeing the widget.

In our test environment, we do not see it working in Explorer on PC. But we're only using a PC simulator/Amazon Workspaces (image attached). If we can get verification from Kate that she sees it in Outlook on PC, I'm okay with that.

What about Firefox on PC and Mac?

I tried to post this earlier, but I don't see it.

I'm still not seeing the app in Explorer on my PC simulator (Amazon WorkSpaces). But if Kate can verify on her PC or one locally, I'm good with that.

What about Firefox? No results on PC or Mac.

    We are working on Firefox.

Yes, it works on Chrome and IE in the environments I have tested in.

Just had a co-worker test in Firefox; no results.
It works on my office PC in Chrome and Internet Explorer 11.

My developer was going to look at this today, but the widget is no longer on your site. Can you add it back so we can diagnose the errors?

Okay. That's also going to be an issue. If we install the script into the
footer, every time we have a theme update, we have to re-instal the
script. Is there a way to have this work within a section that isn't
    overwritten on updates?!?

    Do you have any suggestions?

It can go anywhere in your Wordpress site.. just as long as the code shows
    up on any page.

Maybe there is a better place to put these?

I added it under the map widget in the home page column 2, and it seems to
work. Maybe list that as an alternate place for installation?
